HelpThis page was designed with ease-of-use in mind. If you are having difficulties navigating it, please send any comments to us through our Feedback Page. Below are descriptions of the resources available throughout this site. |
Navigation
Throughout this site, the navigation bar to the left will always be available. You may jump from one category to another simply by clicking on the links.
On the top of each page are hierarchical links called "bread crumbs." These "bread crumbs" show the way you got to the site you are currently on (i.e. "Home > Resources > Guides and Tutorials" means that you went from the home page to our "Resources" page, and are currently on the "Guides and Tutorials" page). To return to any of the pages you've been to, simply click on the page's "bread crumb" links.
Search
Becuase it is sometimes hard to find the specific thing you are looking for, we have included a search feature to this site. Type the keywords you are looking for (i.e. "Mexico") and click Search. This will use a Google-powered search engine that looks through our site and displays any results for you. If the results don't appear instantly, please wait a moment and they should come.
Feedback
We at the Center for Family History and Genealogy are always trying to improve the features and usablility of this website. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions for us, this is the place to go. Simply fill out the information requested in the form, and we will try to reply your message as quickly as possible.
Links
Whenever you come across text that looks like this, you can click on that text (called a link) and it will take you to the page that it references.
